現在はNHKのディレクターとして働く
たかまつななさんが
自身の経験をもとに
副業に対する思いを語っています。
この記事を読んだ僕が
最も印象を受けた点は
副業は、お金目的で行うのではなく
専門知識やスキルで社会貢献をする
プロボノとして行い、
お金では得られない
自己肯定感や承認欲求を満たすことが
できる機会という位置付けで
行う方が良いのではないか
という考え方である。
記事中にも例が掲載されているが
本業で憂鬱な気分になっても
副業としてのプロボノ先で
相手に喜んでもらえれば
自分の仕事にやりがいを持つことができる。
仕事上で失った自信や憂鬱な気持ちを
再び取り戻すには、その仕事で成果を上げ
自信を取り戻すことが最も効果があると
思うし、
業務に直接的に関わらない
趣味だけでは根本的な解決には至らないと考えるので
副業の目的をお金以外にすることは
重要だと思う。

in core business is the most powerful way
when people lose their confidence in their core business.
And it is not fundamental solution to distract mood
by hobby and so on.
That is why it is important to set purpose other than money.
